Recording Academy telah mengumumkan daftar lengkap pemenang 66th Grammy Awards yang digelar di Peacock Theatre di Los Angeles pada Minggu (4/2/2024) malam waktu setempat.
Dilansir dari Variety, Taylor Swift berhasil memenangkan piala Grammy ke-13 dalam ajang tersebut. Album “Midnights” membuatnya mendapatkan trofi ke-13, angka favoritnya, atas kemenangan “Best Pop Vocal Album”.
Ia turut memenangkan “Album of the Year” berkat “Midnights”. Sejauh ini, Taylor Swift adalah musisi perempuan satu-satunya yang memenangkan “Album of the Year” untuk ketiga kalinya. Dia bersanding dengan Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, dan Paul Simon.
Billie Eilish dan Finneas juga kembali berhasil membawa trofi kemenangan kategori “Song of the Year”. Sebelumnya, mereka juga membawa pulang Grammy untuk “Best Song Written for Visual Media” untuk lagu hitnya “What Was I Made For?” dari soundtrack film Barbie.
Sementara itu, Miley Cyrus memenangkan piala pertamanya setelah berkarier sebagai musisi sekitar dua dekade, dalam kategori “Best Pop Solo Performance” untuk lagu “Flowers”. Tak hanya itu, Miley Cyrus juga berhasil memenangkan “Record of the Year”. (azw/saf/ipg)
