Justin Bieber Sampaikan Alasan Vakum Bermusik di Instagram

Justin Bieber membantah tuduhan bahwa dia melakukan pelecehan seksual terhadap seorang wanita bernama Danielle pada tahun 2014. Ia juga menyatakan akan mengambil tindakan hukum terhadap rumor yang ditujukan kepadanya.
“Setiap klaim pelecehan seksual harus ditanggapi dengan sangat serius dan inilah mengapa tanggapan saya diperlukan. Namun kisah ini secara faktual tidak mungkin dan itulah sebabnya saya akan bekerja dengan twitter dan pihak berwenang untuk mengambil tindakan hukum,” tulis Bieber di akun Twitter-nya sendiri Minggu (21/6/2020).
Every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously and this is why my response was needed. However this story is factually impossible and that is why I will be working with twitter and authorities to take legal action.

Seperti yang dilansir Billboard Amerika, wanita tersebut mengklaim insiden itu terjadi di sebuah hotel di Austin, Texas, pada 9 Maret 2014. Penyataan tersebut ia lontarkan dalam tweet dari akun anonim Sabtu malam (20/6/2020) yang telah dihapus dari Twitter tak lama setelah Bieber secara publik mengomentari situasi tersebut.
“Saya biasanya tidak membahas hal-hal karena saya telah berurusan dengan tuduhan acak sepanjang karir saya. Tetapi setelah berbicara dengan istri dan tim saya, saya memutuskan untuk berbicara tentang masalah malam ini,” tambahnya.
“Rumor adalah rumor. Tetapi pelecehan seksual adalah sesuatu yang tidak saya anggap enteng,” lanjutnya. “Saya ingin segera berbicara tetapi karena menghormati begitu banyak korban yang berurusan dengan masalah ini setiap hari, saya ingin memastikan bahwa saya mengumpulkan fakta-fakta sebelum saya membuat pernyataan.”
Dalam sanggahannya tersebut, di twitter Bieber menegaskan bahwa pada 9 Maret 2014 di Austin Texas di hotel Four seasons seperti yang dituduhkan, ia menegaskan bahwa dirinya tidak berada di lokasi.
“Seperti yang diceritakan dalam ceritanya, saya mengejutkan banyak orang di Austin di Sxsw di mana saya tampil di atas panggung dengan asisten saya di samping panggung dan menyanyikan beberapa lagu. Yang tidak diketahui orang ini adalah bahwa saya menghadiri pertunjukan itu dengan teman saya Selena Gomez.”
Bieber memposting tautan ke artikel berita, juga foto media sosial dan tangkapan layar email dan kuitansi penginapan, dari periode waktu yang dimaksud.
Dia mengatakan dia tidak tinggal di Four Seasons, lokasi dugaan insiden itu, tetapi menghabiskan malam 9 Maret 2014 di Airbnb dan 10 Maret 2014, di Westin.
“Setiap klaim pelecehan seksual harus ditanggapi dengan sangat serius dan inilah mengapa tanggapan saya diperlukan. Namun, kisah ini secara faktual tidak mungkin dan itulah sebabnya saya akan bekerja dengan twitter dan pihak berwenang untuk mengambil tindakan hukum,” tulis Bieber.

In the past 24 hours a new Twitter appeared that told a story of myself involved with sexual abuse on March 9, 2014 in Austin Texas at the Four seasons hotel. I want to be clear. There is no truth to this story. In fact as I will soon show I was never present at that location.

We have also confirmed with the Four Seasons regional manager that I was never on property on the 9th of March 2014 and never a guest on the 9th or the 10th and I welcome all press to inquire with them if needed or wanted.
